Biography

Luo Yong, Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University, Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Associate Chief Physician, PhD. He graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine of the First Military Medical University (now Southern Medical University) in 1994 and obtained his PhD in Plastic Surgery from the First Military Medical University in 2005. He is a member of the Rhinoplasty Group of the Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. He has been engaged in plastic surgery for more than 20 years and has considerable experience in the surgical treatment of nasal and ocular plastic and aesthetic surgery. His main specialties include nasal surgery, ocular surgery, correction of secondary nasolabial deformities in cleft lip, and other flap repair procedures. He has participated in 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 1 Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Development Project, published more than 10 papers in various national-level plastic surgery journals, and participated in the compilation of 2 plastic surgery monographs.
